I’m Sarah Tulip, a tech-savvy, transformation driven COO with over a decade of experience leading high-growth technology businesses, public-private collaborations, and inclusive innovation.
As former Head of Northern Delivery Centres for Cognizant, I launched and scaled a £14M operation in just 12 months, leading 160+ staff and delivering results for global clients and public sector partners alike. I’ve held senior executive roles in companies like EY, BJSS, aql and Klaxon Technologies, driving commercial growth, organisational change, and impact from boardroom to bottom line.
But I’m also a founder, community builder, and digital ambassador. I created WILD Digital, a 2,500+ member network reshaping diversity in the North’s digital economy and I chair Leeds’ Digital Board and Forum, shaping one of the UK’s most inclusive tech ecosystems.
